  • Specially formulated nylon powder for the ROTOMOLDING process
  • For uses where HIGH IMPACT properties are required
  • Heat stabilized
  • Dried to less than 0.20% moisture and packaged in foil-lined drums to eliminate the need for pre-drying
  • Strongly recommend the use of an inert gas such as nitrogen in the mold to minimize thermal degradation during processing

NYLENE 743HS Co-polymers
  • Heat stabilized, high impact modified nylon suitable for both molding and extrusion.
  • In addition to heat stabilization to prevent thermal degradation, parts molded from 743HS have excellent R.T. and C.T. impact strength right out of the mold without post conditioning.
  • Outstanding features of Nylene 743HS include high strength and high cold temperature impact.
  • Cylinder temperatures should be in the 435 - 525°F range.
NYLENE 764B Co-polymers
  • Heat stabilized, high impact modified nylon suitable for both blow-molding and extrusion.
  • In addition to heat stabilization to prevent thermal degradation, parts molded from Nylene 764B have excellent R.T. and C.T. impact strength right out of the mold without post conditioning.
  • Outstanding features include high strength and high cold temperature impact.
  • Cylinder temperatures should be in the 435 - 525°F range.
NYLENE 8100 Co-polymers
  • Nylon 6/12 molding resin with excellent flexibility and lower moisture absorption
NYLENE 826 Co-polymers
  • Copolymer suitable for both blown and cast film co-extrusion
  • Has a lower melt point and is less crystalline than standard nylon 6 resins
  • Excellent toughness, chemical resistance, transparency, and low oxygen permeability, superior deep-drawing characteristics
  • Effective processing is achieved with extruder and die temperatures in the range of 450 - 525°F
NYLENE 9110 Co-polymers
  • General purpose unreinforced nylon 6/10 injection molding grade
  • Has heat and chemical resistance inherent in nylons, while also having the reduced moisture pick-up associated with nylon 6/10
  • Suitable for clips, bushings, housings, and other uses where moisture pickup may be a concern
NYLENE 9110 G33 Co-polymers
  • 33% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6/10 injection molding grade.
  • Has the high strength and stiffness of reinforced nylon, while also having the reduced moisture pick-up associated with nylon 6/10
  • Suitable for pump housings, inlet housings, fittings, and other uses where moisture pickup may be a concern
NYLENE 9110 G43 Co-polymers
  • 43% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6/10 injection molding grade
  • Has the high strength and stiffness of reinforced nylon, while also having the reduced moisture pick-up associated with nylon 6/10

NYLENE 9533 Co-polymers
  • 33% glass fiber reinforced heat stabilized nylon 6/12
  • Has the specific chemical properties and reduced moisture absorption of nylon 6/12 resins while adding glass reinforcement to increase strength and stiffness
  • Suitable in applications where typical nylon 6 or 6/6 may be unsuitable due to moisture absorption or specific chemical requirements
NYLENE 9543 Co-polymers
  • 43% glass fiber reinforced heat stabilized nylon 6/12
  • Good chemical properties and reduced moisture absorption of nylon 6/12 resins while adding glass reinforcement to increase strength and stiffness
  • Suitable in applications where typical nylon 6 or 6/6 may be unsuitable due to moisture absorption or specific chemical requirements

NYLENE 9633 Co-polymers
  • 33% glass fiber reinforced PA 6,6/6 injection molding grade
  • High strength and stiffness of reinforced nylon,lower crystallinity associated with nylon 6,6/6
  • Suitable for handles and levers, housings, brackets, and other similar uses. NC-101 would indicate Natural color
  • UV for UV protection and UW for Weatherability.
NYLENE 9643 Co-polymers UV & UW
  • 43% glass fiber reinforced PA 6,6/6 injection molding grade
  • High strength and stiffness of reinforced nylon,lower crystallinity associated with nylon 6,6/6.
  • Suitable for handles and levers, housings, brackets, and other similar uses. NC-101 would indicate Natural color
  • UV for UV protection and UW for Weatherability.
NYLENE CX3395 Co-polymers
  • Higher RV version of 826 which is a special nylon copolymer suitable for both blown and cast film co-extrusion
  • Has a lower melt point and is less crystalline than standard nylon 6 resins
  • In addition to excellent toughness, chemical resistance, transparency, and low oxygen permeability, films exhibit superior deep-drawing characteristics
  • Effective processing is achieved with extruder and die temperatures in the range of 450 - 525°F
NYLENE CX3451 Co-polymers
  • Injection molding grade copolymer nylon developed for high clarity
  • Excellent toughness, chemical resistance, and transparency
  • Suitable for uses such as reservoirs, filter bowls, sight windows, and other applications where clarity, toughness, and chemical resistance are required
  • Maximum clarity is achieved by using low mold temperatures
NYLENE CX3482 Co-polymers
  • Copolymer of nylon 6
  • Has many of the properties desirable in nylon 6 such as toughness, chemical resistance and strength coupled with the advantages of a copolymer
  • Advantages include high elongation, good clarity and flexibility, and lower processing temperatures
  • Effective processing is achieved with extruder and die temperatures in the range of 450 - 525°F but may be processed as low as 420°F
NYLENE NX4747 Co-polymers
  • Heat stabilized nylon copolymer with 14% glass fiber reinforcement
  • Developed to have excellent light transmittance combined with high strength, stiffness, and resistance to automotive type fluids
  • Suitable for such uses as under-the-hood fluid reservoirs
  • Maximum clarity is achieved by using low mold temperatures
NYLENE PAC6-135 Co-polymers
  • Nylon 6,6/6 copolymer. Nylene PAC6-135 is suitable for use in extrusion, and film applications
  • Has the heat and chemical resistance of nylon, with the lower crystallinity typical of type 6,6/6 grades
